Ecsite 2014
Effektschmiede once again made an appearance at the Ecsite Annual Conference. The 2014 edition of Ecsite, the leading fair for science centres, technical museums and exhibitors, was hosted by Museon, the Museum for Science and Culture in The Haag. As in previous years, the Effektschmiede stand was located in the World Café area. This year, we made a conscious decision not to centre our presentation on lots of technology and instead, our Russian tea stand was a place for visitors to relax and take the opportunity to get into conversation with one another. Our stand concept went down very well with the sometimes stressed and overwhelmed fair visitors! We would like to thank everyone for all the interesting and inspiring conversations.
